Processing
Your order is hand-packed by us and shipped from our offices in Wellington, New Zealand. We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 2pm NZ time (weekdays), on the day of placement. However, during very busy times it may be sent the next business day.
You will be kept up to date with the progress of your order by our system with email updates.
All delivery times quoted are working days. All parcels are sent Signature Required.
Please Note: Orders outside New Zealand can only be delivered to a street address - not to a PO Box.
Destination Duties & Taxes
Please Note: Your order may be subject to local customs, duty or brokerage charges. You, as the purchaser, are responsible for these charges as they are determined by your local customs regulations. SilkLiving cannot determine in advance if there will be fees, or what they will be.
Refusal of delivery will result in the deduction of both original and return shipping charges from any refund, along with any other associated costs.
NB: Our Silksaks are produced in Vietnam, and all of our clothing originates in China to utilise the best quality silk and manufacturing expertise.

Orders are shipped using CourierPost’s overnight service. Orders will arrive the next day in main centres only. Please allow 2-3 days for smaller towns and rural addresses. We accept PO Box addresses for New Zealand.
