The style is very versatile – keep it simple and casual or dress it up with a belt and jewellery. The breathable, natural fabric gives warmth when you need it but won’t let you overheat when the temperature and humidity climbs. Take a Silkbody cardigan along too and you have the ideal travel outfit. Below-knee length.

I love this dress so much I bought three of them! I wear them all year round for work, with an extra layer underneath during the colder months. They’re great for my sensitive skin, and easy to wash and dry as required. A v-neck to suit my figure and slightly longer sleeves to suit my mature arms would make them perfect!

Perfect dress
The dress is so comfortable and flattering – it has enough looseness in the body to hang free of tummy/curves while not being at all baggy. the softness is adorable. the sleeves/armholes are a good size and the length feels right – and good over the Silkbody petticoat (shows my age). I get lots of nice comments when I wear it; and its suitable for all occasions. I just love it.

Love the simplicity of this dress
I love the simplicity of this dress. A simple slip-on, really comfortable garment. I bought it for traveling – draping it with a variety of coloured scarves to give some variety. The dress just works.
It also occurred to me that I could probably sleep in it. Ive just returned from a chilly bushwalk in Tasmania (the Three Capes Track) and wanted something light but warm to sleep in – it worked perfectly. I thought that the silk/wool mixture might do the trick. the dress rolled up really small in my lightweight backpack and gave me something cosy and warm to wear in my sleeping bag. Now thats what I call flexibility in a garment 🙂 Love it.

Comfy and flattering
I have found this little black dress to be mega useful, easy to pack, flattering – and forgiving of over curvy places! Only wish it had been available in my XL size in tangerine.
